Deadlines to submit:

NOTE: The Course Action request (CAR) system will shut down to new proposals as of February 1 to prepare for the transition to CourseLeaf. The Office of the Registrar anticipates that CourseLeaf will be ready to accept proposals in July 2025.

Proposals to offer a Common Curriculum course in the Winter 2026 Intersession should be submitted to CCC+ by early October 2025 to allow adequate time for review.

Requests to offer a Common Curriculum course in the May 2025 Intersession should be submitted to GEOC by the end of February 2025 to allow adequate time for review.

The deadline for new courses and course revisions to be included in the 2025-26 Catalog is February 5, 2025. In order for Common Curriculum courses to make this deadline, proposals to add or revise courses should be received by CCC+ before the end of September 2024 (with all department and college approvals). Common Curriculum courses must be reviewed by CCC+, the Senate C&C Committee, and the University Senate prior to February 5 to be included in the 2025-26 catalog.
