NOTE: The Course Action request (CAR) system has been shut down permanently as of August 2025. The Office of the Registrar anticipates that its replacement, CourseLeaf, will be ready to accept proposals in late August. More information coming soon.

Proposals to offer a Common Curriculum course in the Winter 2026 Intersession should be submitted to CCC+ by early October 2025 to allow adequate time for review.

Requests to offer a Common Curriculum course in the May 2026 Intersession should be submitted to CCC+ by the end of February 2026 to allow adequate time for review.

The deadline for new courses and course revisions to be included in the 2026-27 Catalog is February 5, 2026. In order for Common Curriculum courses to make this deadline, proposals to add or revise courses should be received by CCC+ before the end of September 2025 (with all department and college approvals). Common Curriculum courses must be reviewed by CCC+, the Senate C&C Committee, and the University Senate prior to February 5 to be included in the 2026-27 catalog.
