Common Curriculum Committee Plus (CCC+) meetings for Fall 2026 will be Mondays from 2:00pm-3:30pm on the following days:

Deadlines to submit

To submit course proposals, please use the Course Inventory Management (CIM) System.

• To propose a new course, click the "Propose New Course" button and enter your course's information.
• To revise an existing course, use the "Search" field to find the course, select it, then click "Edit Course."

Please note that CCC and Senate C&C require a syllabus to be attached for ALL course reviews.

Intensive Session Review

All intensive session review requests now go through CIM. Check "Yes" for the "Intensive Session" box, and upload syllabi that demonstrate the schedule and assignments for both the regular session course and the intensive session. The Learning Objectives must be the same for both.

• Proposals to offer a Common Curriculum course in the Winter 2027 Intersession should be submitted to CCC+ by early October 2026 to allow adequate time for review.
• Requests to offer a Common Curriculum course in the May 2027 Intersession should be submitted to CCC+ by the end of February 2027 to allow adequate time for review.

The deadline for new courses and course revisions to be included in the 2027-28 Catalog is February 5, 2027. In order for Common Curriculum courses to make this deadline, proposals to add or revise courses should be received by CCC by mid-October 2026 (with all department and college approvals). Revisions to existing Common Curriculum courses must be reviewed by CCC, the Senate C&C Committee, and the University Senate prior to February 5 to be included in the 2027-28 catalog. New courses are generally added on a rolling basis.
