Timeline

  • Course Action Request (CARs) forms for new courses should be submitted by September 1 in order for them to navigate the workflow in time. CCC+ needs to receive CARs by around October 20, 2024.
  • Courses must be fully approved by the University Senate before February 5, 2025 in order to be listed in the 2025-2026 catalog.
  • Courses should be taught for the first time in their revised format in the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
